The fourth workforce housing development project on the JCRA’s list will be a 16-unit multi-family building on North Street in the Heights section of Jersey City, overlooking Washington Park.
Jersey City "LEAF" Program
LEAF (Loan Energy Assistance Fund) was created to entice the small and mid-size Jersey City Business Community to reduce their environmental impact while saving money on energy consumption. By offering our business community low interest loans at favorable terms, the LEAF program encourages businesses to helping the City in creating an energy efficient improvement environment.
All types of commercial, small to medium enterprises, interested in improving their energy efficiency are eligible. Projects may include:

An Energy Efficiency Project Loan shall not exceed $75,000.00
Interest Rate
2.5% APR for loans up to $10,000
Loan Term
Not to exceed 10 years
Parkview Manor located at North Street and Cambridge Avenue is the Agency's fourth workforce housing project. Not a LEEDS certified project, but using the Agency's knowledge of building green and sustainable housing. This project is being built by Franklin Development Company and will be dedicated to Anne S. O'Malley, former Hudson County Freeholder.
